Firstly the Garden Chafer Trap collected 36 beetles (brilliant)
It's been very difficult to see what action the Chafer Bugs have been up to due to the drought leaving large bare patches on the lawn.
But the good signs have been no crows have been visiting only the odd blackbird.
I carried out the final spraying of Nematodes for this year about 10 days ago.

I can’t recommend enough this great easy to use product for fungus flies. I have a lot of houseplants and the fungus flies were particularly bad this year. I used one application and within a week there was significantly less and by 3 weeks they were completely gone.
Hard to rate the trichogramma sachets but the pheromone traps definitely catch them. Hoping the sachets work - was good to learn that they should be kept clear of the pheromone traps.

these nematodes are so effective and I apply them twice - early summer and early winter and have done this for the past 2 years resulting in very low qty of slugs and beautiful garden.

Bought one fairly late in the season but it trapped tons of the little blighters. Looking forward to using it in the spring when the moths become active again.
Had to be careful emptying the water as often there were so many in there the ones on top remained alive. So a quick sluice or emptying away from the tree was needed.
Excellent piece of kit along with the nematodes in eradicating the box hedge caterpillar/moth. Saved mine and my neighbours hedges
