Live Product Lead Times
Most of our live items cannot be kept in stock and as such have a lead time between 1 to 5 working days. We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and if the products are available they will be sent straight away.
You will receive a confirmation email to let you know when your order is on its way. Due to the complexities in manufacturing living creatures, there can sometimes be issues with sourcing items. In these instances we will contact you, or update the website product page, to make you aware.

Non-Live Products
We endeavour to ship all non-live items as soon as possible from Monday to Friday.
Orders containing both live and non-live items will be shipped on the live product schedule and consist of the same shipping options detailed above.
Orders containing both pre-ordered items and in stock items will be shipped out at the date stated on the relevant pre-ordered product. We can split the order for you, if you would like to receive the in stock product before the pre-order date, but there will be an additional delivery charge.
Product subscriptions will incur specific shipping charges in accordance with the number of scheduled deliveries.
We offer free collection if items are in stock (please call ahead to confirm).
All live Bumblebee orders will be delivered by our courier partner, APC, on the relevant delivery date you have selected. There is a shipping charge of £10.75 per colony order.
Please note we are unable to ship any Bumblebee orders to Northern Ireland.
