Our Blue Eco Sticky Insect Traps are ideal for catching and monitoring levels of flying insect pests.
Black grids are printed on the blue sticky trap so the number of insects caught can easily be counted and compared with previous catches. These traps provide a highly useful method of identifying whether the pest population is increasing or declining.
The traps are supplied in a pack of 10 sticky traps.
The traps are biodegradable and not made from plastic, but instead made with treated cardboard. This degrades much quicker after use than alternative, more traditional sticky traps, which are made from plastic and remain a waste product in nature for years.
Our Blue Eco Sticky Traps provide great value for money. They are supplied in packs of 10, and each trap contains two release papers on each side. This means that each individual trap can be used twice! This can be achieved by peeling back one side of paper to reveal the glue trapping area beneath. Once this is full of insects, turn over your trap and peel the paper off the other side.

Each trap is 10cm x 25cm.
1. First remove the release paper all at once to reveal the sticky surface of the trap, or alternatively, side by side to compare insect catches and extend the life of the trap.
2. Detach a tie, hook through the hole at the top of the trap, and hang up the trap.
3. Remove the trap once all areas are covered in insects or dust, and replace with a new trap.
The traps should be replaced regularly when filled with caught pests, dust and debris. This is vital to ensure maximum capture rates.
